Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Safely place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all lids, straws, and promotional inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
